At HolisticNex, we’re committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping — so you always know where your order is and when it’ll arrive.


📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🌎 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations including Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Note: Availability may vary depending on product and customs regulations in your country.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

⚠️ Delays: Weather, customs clearance, or peak-season volumes (like holidays) can sometimes extend delivery times.


💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
  • Orders below $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link (e.g. USPS or DHL).


🧳 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@holisticnex.com.
We’ll contact the carrier on your behalf and help you resolve it quickly.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs holds, or events outside our control (e.g., weather disruptions).


✈️ International Shipping Notes

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in product prices.
  • These may be charged by your local postal service upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your package is returned due to unpaid duties, we’ll refund the product cost (minus shipping) once it’s received back in good condition.

📬 Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
If you realize an error, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@holisticnex.com.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.


🔁 Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We can reship it (new shipping fee may apply), or
  • Refund the product cost (minus shipping fees) once it arrives back at our warehouse.
