Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel great about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help. This page explains when and how you can return items or request a refund.
1) Return Window
- 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (shrink wrap/seal intact).
2) What’s Eligible
- Unopened supplements and accessories in resellable condition.
- Orders that arrive damaged, defective, or with missing items (we’ll replace or refund once confirmed).
- If we shipped the wrong item/variant, we’ll make it right.
3) What’s Not Eligible
- Opened or partially used consumables (for safety reasons).
- Free gifts, sample packs, or promotional items.
- “Final sale” items (if clearly marked at checkout).
- Orders past 30 days from delivery.
- 4) Exchanges
If you want a different flavor/variant and your item is unopened, request an exchange within 30 days. We’ll share the return instructions; once we receive and inspect, we’ll ship the replacement.
5) How to Start a Return
Email support@holisticnex.com with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #XXXX
- Your full name, order number, and reason
- Clear photos (if damaged/defective/wrong item)
We’ll reply with an RMA and the return address (returns without an RMA may be refused).
6) Shipping the Return
- If the issue is our fault (damaged/defective/wrong item), we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable shipping after proof.
- If it’s a change of mind, you cover return shipping. Use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.
7) Inspection & Refunds
- Once received, inspection takes 2–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
- We’ll notify you if a return is declined (e.g., opened product) and offer options.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If it’s been 7 business days since our approval:
- Check with your bank/issuer.
- Then email us at support@holisticnex.com and we’ll assist.
9) Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, email us ASAP. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
10) Subscriptions
- You can pause, skip, or cancel before the next charge renews. Already-processed renewals follow the return terms above.
- For damaged/defective subscription orders, we’ll replace or refund per Sections 5–7.
11) Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
If a package returns due to an incorrect address or refusal, we can reship (new shipping fee may apply) or refund minus shipping once received back in good condition.
12) International Orders
Customs fees/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is held/returned due to unpaid duties, we’ll refund the product price (when returned to us) minus shipping.
13) Quality & Safety
For safety, we cannot resell returned consumables. That’s why only unopened products are eligible unless the issue is our fault.
