## Why We Made It 90 Days

We'll email a prepaid label — please don't ship anything before you hear back from us.

One ask: Please request your return through email first. Packages sent without an RMA number can get lost in receiving — and we'd rather refund you than chase a tracking number.

COMMON QUESTIONS

The questions our team gets every week.

"What if I've finished most of the bottle?"

Refund still stands. Empty bottles count. The whole point of 90 days is for you to actually use the product long enough to know whether it's working — we'd be hypocrites to refund only sealed returns.

"What if I bought a 3-pack or 6-pack bundle?"

Same policy applies to the full bundle. Send back what you have — sealed, opened, half-empty, it doesn't matter. We refund the full bundle price.

"Do I have to pay for return shipping?"

No. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for every approved return inside the 90-day window. Asking customers to pay shipping on a refund always felt backwards to us.

"What if it's been longer than 90 days?"

Email us anyway. The policy is 90 days, but we look at edge cases case-by-case — late delivery, life happened, a fresh batch you haven't opened yet. Worst case we say no. Best case we work it out.

"What about subscription orders?"

Same 90-day window applies to each shipment, counted from the date that specific shipment arrives. You can also pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard — no email required.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT

Something arrived broken? We fix it the same day.

If your order shows up damaged in transit, missing items, or just plain wrong — email a photo to support@holisticnex.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement that day, no return required for the damaged unit.

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

14-day right of withdrawal — on top of our 90-day promise.

Under EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This right is in addition to — not in place of — our standard 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

To exercise this right, email us at support@holisticnex.com within the 14-day window. The product must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You'll receive a full refund — including standard shipping costs — within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.

AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN

What happens to your money.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect the package, log it, and process the refund. The full amount goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

Banks and card networks add their own delay — usually 2 to 5 additional business days for the refund to actually appear on your statement. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, email us and we'll trace it with our payment processor.
