We pack and label
1–3 business days from order to shipment. We pack at our US warehouse, generate the carrier label, and hand off to USPS / UPS / DHL depending on destination.
Email with tracking link
You get a second email with carrier name + tracking number the moment the label is generated. Track from there until delivery.

Where's my order?
Step 1 — Check your inbox
The tracking email arrives within 1–3 business days of order. Search "HolisticNex" in your inbox (and your spam folder).
Step 2 — Check the carrier site
Click the tracking link in the email. It opens the carrier's tracking page directly. If the status hasn't updated in 48 hours and you're past Day 5, that's worth flagging.
Step 3 — Email us
If the package shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, or if tracking has been stuck for more than 5 days — email support@holisticnex.com with your order number. We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement if needed. No charge.
If something went wrong in transit.
If your bottle arrived cracked, leaking, or otherwise damaged — email support@holisticnex.com with a photo. We ship a replacement within 24 hours at no charge. No return required. We file the carrier claim ourselves.
If the carrier marks the package "delivered" but you didn't receive it, give it 48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). After 48 hours, email us — we'll either re-ship or refund, your choice.
