# Shipping Policy

## Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) from the time payment is received and the shipping address is verified.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If we anticipate any delay (severe weather, carrier disruption, public holidays), we will notify you by email within 24 hours of order placement.

We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories outside the 50 states, or PO Boxes for international destinations.

All times below are **business days** *after* the 1–3 day processing window. Times are estimates from our carrier networks and may vary during peak seasons (Black Friday, December holidays) and during weather/customs delays.

## Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also view tracking information from your order page at **holisticnex.com/account**.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder, then email us at **support@holisticnex.com** with your order number.

## Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States:

- **United Kingdom**: VAT and any applicable customs duties are collected at checkout. No additional fees on delivery.
- **European Union**: VAT and IOSS-eligible duties are collected at checkout for orders under €150. Orders above €150 may incur additional duties on delivery.
- **Canada, Australia, New Zealand**: Import duties, GST/HST/PST, and customs fees are the **responsibility of the customer** and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These are assessed by the destination country's customs authority and collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

We declare the full retail value of all international shipments. We cannot mark shipments as "gift" or under-declare the value — doing so violates customs law in every country we serve.

## Address Changes & Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled or have the shipping address changed within **24 hours** of placement by emailing **support@holisticnex.com** with your order number.
- Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot intercept, redirect, or cancel it. You will need to wait for delivery and follow the return process if needed.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will reach out to arrange re-delivery (a $9.95 USD re-shipping fee may apply) or a refund minus the original shipping cost.

## Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

### Lost in transit
If your tracking shows no movement for **7 consecutive business days** after shipment (US), or **14 business days** for international, email us at **support@holisticnex.com**. We will open a carrier investigation and either re-ship the order at no cost or issue a full refund once the investigation confirms the loss.

### Marked delivered but not received
If a US order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with neighbours and household members
2. Wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally pre-scan)
3. Contact your local USPS/UPS branch with the tracking number
4. Email us at **support@holisticnex.com** with your findings

We will work with the carrier to file a claim. If the claim resolves in our favour, we will re-ship or refund.

### Damaged on arrival
If your package arrives damaged, please email a photo of the package and product to **support@holisticnex.com** within **7 days of delivery**. We will ship a replacement that same business day — no return of the damaged unit required.

## Stock Availability

In the rare event we are out of stock on a product after your order is placed, we will email you within 24 hours with one of three options:
1. Wait for the next batch (estimated arrival date provided)
2. Swap to an in-stock product of equivalent value
3. Receive a full refund

We never charge for product we cannot ship within a reasonable window.
